We return to the enchanted forest of some of our earlier original tales in the first story for tonight. A gentle musing on the nature of fae folk at midwinter.
A fictionalised account of what the author considered a perfect society, Christian and noble, and better than his own corrupted society. Also not a particularly exciting story.
Our protagonist starts to feel his wanderlust so signs up as a whaler. But things get off to a bit of an aggravating start. But fret not, this is an ideal candidate for a bedtime story to get you to sleep.
It starts at a dinner party with a man who has an impossible idea that he then demonstrates and ends thousands of years in the future. Yet somehow isn’t as exciting as it sounds.
